Ran before a killer weights session. Squats felt especially good. Afternoon was alright since we did one of my favorite routes. Good day to run.
We’ve got the XC banquet tonight and I’m just realizing that I’m a senior. I’m not gonna cry or anything like that, but I’ll just say I made the right decision to become a runner. It’s been amazing so far thanks to my best friends and great coaches. I’ve loved every minute and I’m only going to get better as a runner and as a person.
