As for the running part, pretty good long run. We did a classic parkway loop. But I had to stop to use the bathroom at about 54, and it just kind of messed with my abdomen. I probably definitely could’ve gone another 10 to go the max, but I think I fulfilled the purpose of the run. Afternoon was longer than the usual Monday afternoon, but we still got some barefoot, grass time in. I’m really glad that my legs (quads specially) aren’t feeling sore anymore. Hopefully I’ll be able to do a bit more leg work for weights tomorrow.
