AM over 25:00; 7:13 pace
PM over 58:26; 5x4 min @ 5k 8k alternating w/3 min recovery
I thought I had a good workout while I was doing it, but when I looked at my reps, I did not hit the paces I needed to. I guess I can’t really trust myself to do workouts on my own; I need to be with my team.
