Very productive session on weights this morning after I started out not being able to find clamps. The afternoon run was a Green Springs loop in which I was very satisfied with how I felt. That’s really all in the running department.
Weights- Squat 3x5 of 245; Thrust 3x5 of 115; Deadlift 3x5 of 185
Funny Thing I Heard Today- “It could’ve been worse. I could’ve actually gotten asked.”
