Weights was a bit tough this morning because my pecs and quads are pretty sore. Afternoon was a nice reverse shoe run. I found a bag of lifesaver gummies and, honestly, I thought they were fine. But coach disagreed, so he took them and chucked them and Dylan kicked them down a sewer. I was just a little ticked off. Oh well. We’ve got a long run tomorrow, so I’ll need to be prepared for that.
