Long run this morning was really good. I think I can easily say that long runs are no longer something I have to worry about. It wasn't too hard of a workout, but the last mile of the second set, I was feeling it a bit. I endured it well though. Afternoon was a grass run at 2450 with the boys. We stole some kids' shoes but only for a minute. It was a great day for running, and the next will be even better.

Classic run in Green Springs. We did a bit of adventuring, but didn’t get in too much trouble.

I thought I had a good workout while I was doing it, but when I looked at my reps, I did not hit the paces I needed to. I guess I can’t really trust myself to do workouts on my own; I need to be with my team.

This was the suckiest run ever. One of the most windy runs I’ve ever done. I don’t know how on earth the pace was under 7:30, but it happened I guess.

PM Nebo Invitational 

My Dad told me I should try running out front, so I did. I think it actually helped; it set a pace and groove that was harder to fall out of. It felt like a good race, but the time wasn’t quite reflective of that. It’s all good though. s/o the AF for the perfect score
