PM over 1:06:13; 7:05ish pace
Pretty physically stressful day. Morning run with plyos then a really tough workout on grass in the afternoon. 7x 3 min at M shape rotation of 3, 5, and 8k pace, all w/ equal recovery. First three were pretty dang good, but I really, really had to struggle in the second half, especially the last two reps. Thought about quitting numerous times, but didn’t; I’m really glad I stuck in there. It’ll let my body know it needs to get down to business, and the postseason isn’t a time to relax. Good day to run
