AM over 15:00; 7:45 pace- post weights run
PM over 46:08; 8:00 pace
Did Dino Tracks trail for the afternoon run. Cool trail that I realized I had done a long time ago as a kid! My hamstring gave me a little trouble, mostly in the morning, which made me slow down a bit and focus on my form. Coach gave me a link for tips to help with it, so I'll have to give it a look for sure.
