My calves have felt tight all this week, but it hasn&rsquo;t affected my running at all. We followed with some plyos. As for the workout in the afternoon, I&rsquo;d say it was my best workout of the season. I stuck it with the boys every rep. It was freakin tough, but when it got hard, I pictured that course up in Sugarhouse Park; that helped a lot. I endured it well though. Afternoon was a grass run at 2450 with the boys. We stole some kids&#39; shoes but only for a minute.
