AM over 1:00:00; 7:36 pace; hill repeats- 5x 60 sec w/1 min recovery after 3rd, 1x 85 sec
Today was a really good run. Did some hill work on the grapevine hill. I set a goal this week to push through these, and I think I accomplished that. They didn't, by any means, feel easy, but I had to dig deep a little on the 85 second rep. It was a good pack for the duration of the workout. I'm proud of my boys.
Weights- Bench 3x5 of 100; Squat 3x5 of 175; Thrust 3x5 of 115; Deadlift 3x5 of 165
