over 1:21:38; 7:01 pace; 3x 1, 1, 2 pickups Started at PV and crossed mall drive bridge, made our way through Washington Fields to where the new high school will be. Very muddy but very worth it. This was the longest run so far on my new garmin. I love running with my team and I know we've got unbelievable potential.

Over 59:54; 7:08 pace; tempo workout

Started at PV with 12 min. warm(had to do it alone on the track because my CCR ended after the team left) then did 20 min. of tempo on the track. Pace was supposed to be about 6:45, around 1:41 splits, but Dylan and I took it a bit quickly, running 6:18, 6:24 and 6:11. Cooled to time with the team, ran around vasa.

Started at PV and ran on my own across foremaster hill. Took it maybe a little too hard, judging by how I felt an hour after, but it was a good run with a quicker finish.
