AM over 24:52; 7:25 pace- usual morning route

PM over 27:49; 7:37 pace; PV Decathlon day 1

100 m, long jump and shotput today. Not a great time in the 100 m, but other two events I did better than I thought I would. 16' 5" in the long jump and 25' 3" in the shot. Might have to give the long jump some work throughtout the season.
