PM over 55:34; 7:25ish pace; workout on track
Real good day of running; we had the first workout of the season. The reps were 6x 60 sec.(3 tempo, 3 threshold), 2 sets of 5x 30 sec. at CV, and 6x 60 sec.(3 threshold, 3 tempo). We had equal recovery between reps and a lap between sets. It was a pretty easy workout. I ran with Jose, and we just stuck on the top guys’ tail. It was a good start to a great season.
