State qualify in 400m and/or 800m Be point-scoring in Pine View's State Champion 2017 XC season
Long-Term Running Goals:
Use running to improve my testimony and quality of life
AM over 50:16; 7:05 pace
PM over 29:57; 6:40 pace
Both runs were quick today. Pretty much the same morning group as yesterday and took the afternoon run by myself. Looking forward to the workout tomorrow.
