PM over 59:27; 6:45ish pace; 5x3:20 at 5k w/ 3 min recovery
Super cold this morning, but still a good run. Workout in the afternoon and this was an excellent workout for me. I kept the pace very well and even pushed it at times, my form was pretty good, I think, for the most part, and I kept going when I was exhausted. Felt great to have a solid workout from beginning to end.
Funny Thing I Heard Today- “I had a really bad day. I injured people and I drank soap.”
