AM over 20:01; 7:05 pace- shortened morning route

PM over 33:13; 7:00ish pace- warm-up and cool with the 1600 crew

Pretty dang good first day for PV, unlike the past few meets. The girls got it started off with two more State Qualifiers; Jessica freaking beasted, and Caroline had her kind of race, going out aggressive. So proud of them. Then in the boys 1600, I have never seen Alex run so beautifully in my life. He sure had a lot of balls and a lot of courage in that race, and it showed with his 4:27 SQ. What a beast!! Great day to be a Panther!
