AM over 15:00; 7:42 pace- post weights run, DI loop
PM over 1:00:09; 7:14 pace; 6x barefoot striders on turf
Did the Foremaster ridge run and looped back River Rd.(I think that's the name.) This was a nice, hilly run to pick up the pace a bit from the past two days that felt a bit slow.
