Some more good lifting. I can feel my self getting stronger, and it feels good. Did a trail this afternoon out in the red cliffs. We did T-bone with the Pioneer Hills/Rim loop. It was a pretty sucky trail, and I think the rest of the team would agree. Overall, good day for running.
