Weights for the first time in a bit felt rather nice, especially the bench, which is always my toughest lift. Afternoon was blazing hot, but still a nice run with some sand. It was also pretty hilly, and it felt great to go strong up some longer hills. Clutch day of running and I’m looking forward to a strong workout tomorrow.
