PM over 54:34; 7:49 pace
Ran before weights today because of trilogy. I pushed the pace a bit (I tend to do that when I'm alone.) Afternoon felt really hot, and I was just a tad worn out, but I persisted to the full time. I'm ready to race tomorrow.
