Excellent, excellent morning run. It was probably my best long run ever. We took it hard on the way back. There were a few times when I thought stopping would be nice and a good idea, but I knew I’d feel better with myself if I persisted, so that’s what I did. Afternoon was a good grass run where we focused on better form. We learned a lot of good things. 

Funny Thing I Heard Today- “You’re probably thinking, ‘I could live without this information.’”
