AM over 1:04:00; 7:30ish pace; track workout
PM over 29:53; 7:24 pace; 6x striders
Tough workout this morning. 3x 800m at CV w/ 5 min recovery; 4x 400m at 3-4 sec faster than 1600m pace w/ 2 min recovery; 4x 100m at 400m pace w/ 2 min recovery. The 800's were not too bad because I focused on making them really close to the designed time. But the 400's were pretty dang tough. It's good that they were because they were supposed to be the toughest part of the workout. I hit them at 1:06, 1:10, 1:08 and 1:08; those were mostly a couple seconds fast, but it felt good. Overall, much better than the last workout.
