AM over 24:56; 7:13 pace; usual morning route

PM over 65:00; 7:15ish pace; track workout

Came to morning practice with the team a little confused because Caroline told some of us that practice was at 6 and that we were doing the workout in the morning. But that was just for the girls. Earlier today, I had mixed emotions about the workout; I was excited to do a tough workout, but I thought I was gonna have to do it on my own because of another commitment. However, I managed to get out of it, and boy am I glad I did. I needed my bros for this one. We started with 3x 1000m at CV(3:35) w/5 min recovery. We hit those maybe a little harder than we should have, coming out 5-10 seconds quick on each of them. Next, we had the important part of the workout with 4x 400m at 1600m pace(1:13) w/2 min recovery. I beat the crap out of those; first repeat was right on and I got faster each time, working down to a 1:10 on the last two. Then to finish it off, 4x 200m at 800m pace(:30) w/2 min recovery. I gained a lot of confidence from these. After coming out 2 seconds slow on the first one, I realized how much I needed to get after the 200's. Crushed the next three with :29, :28, and :28. This was a KILLER workout, but it gave me a lot of confidence that I'll do something incredible this weekend.
