Started practice at 12:30 today because school got out early and we decided to just run right after school. This run took a lot out of me, as the river trail usually does (I have no idea why it does.) Had a little bit of new pain in the posterior part of my knee so I ought to ice and massage that. Thanks to Julien for holding me accountable for finishing strong. All the guys on this team truly have become my brothers and I know we're gonna do amazing things in the future.
